Hey, I’m Dan.

These sections are usually super bland. I’m probably meant to say I like dogs and coffee (which I do), but I’m really just a normal human who loves training - which helps when you like food as much as I do.

​

Over time, I’ve picked up the skills to understand how to manipulate training and nutrition to get a specific outcome. And honestly, it’s a great place to be. Feeling confident eating the foods you enjoy and feeling good in your body at the same time.

​

That’s the balance I help people find.

Online Fitness Coaching

Most people don’t need more information.

Online coaching with me isn’t a generic plan sent into the void. It’s one-to-one support, real conversations, honest check-ins, and guidance that adapts as your life does.

A lot of the people I work with come in feeling stuck.
 
Overweight, anxious about the gym, unsure around food, and quietly frustrated that things haven’t clicked yet, even though they’ve “tried before".

Jamie’s Journey

Jamie came to me overweight, hypertensive, and anxious - not just about the gym, but about life in general. Training felt intimidating. Food felt confusing. Confidence was low.

Here’s what he said partway through working together:

I used to think of myself as a foodie, but looking back I think I actually just had a really unhealthy relationship with food.

My confidence is at an all-time high. I’ve got so much more energy. I picked up a new 12kg bag of dog food the other day for Ripley and I cannot believe how heavy it was, thinking I used to carry that around constantly.”

From January to April 2025, Jamie didn’t just

'lose weight'.
